Requirements from clients:- Providing copy of Feasibility studies done and all the data, documents requisitioned
Under this following services are covered:-
(1) Study of the data provided from possibility of development perspective
(2) Listing out statutory requirements essential for Approvability of the development proposed
(3) Designing fitment blocks of various components of (2) above
(4) Drawings (single line blocks) showing fitment of buildings, amenities, statutory requirements, consumption of FSI available (or otherwise), probable heights of buildings required to consume the FSI available etc
(5) Brief report on Massing Study conducted
