Self Redevelopment Consultancy / Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Services:-

Self Redevelopment, as the name suggests is a process of redevelopment of Old dilapidated buildings by the Occupants / Tenants of Building themselves. The tenants / Society of Occupants of Buildings act as a Developer under whom various agencies work to achieve the Goal of Redevelopment of the Society building/s. Self Redevelopment can be achieved either through Building Contractors or through reputed Developers acting as Contractors. 

We as Consultants / PMCs lend following services under this head :-

(1) Hand-hold the Society from inception to completion of Redevelopment.

(2) Study the data provided by the Society.

(3) Survey of the Society.

(4) Procurement of documents and data remaining balance post provision of data by Society, from the concerned Govt Departments.

(5) Working out feasibilities of Redevelopment under various provisions of the DCPR 2034 / Local Town Planning Regulations.

(6) Assist the Society in Complying with the provisions of Circular / Guidelines under 79A of Maharashtra Societies Act (MCS Act).

(7) Management of Tendering / Quotation works for appointment of Contractors / Reputed Developers.

(8) Evaluation of Bids received from Contractors / Developers.

(9) Assisting the Society in appointment of Contractors / Reputed Developers.

(10) Ensuring fulfillment of regulatory norms by the selected developer and safeguarding the interests of the Society.

(11) Supervision of Construction Works till end of the redevelopment on behalf of the Society.
