Land Development Consultancy Services:-
Under this service head we provide following services
(1) Study of Basic data, documents and information provided by clients from possibility of development perspective and Site visits if required
(2) Evaluating the schemes and options under which the Development can be implemented
(3) BUA FSI computations with financial feasibility under evaluated options
(4) Evaluating Technical feasibility and viability
(5) Evaluating Approvability of Proposed Developments on Land under question
(6) Identifying Approvals required for implementation of Proposed Development projects
(7) Verifying Approvals obtained, if any, with adequacy of the same with regards to implementation
(8) Identifying Risks associated with implementation of such Land Development projects
(9) Suggesting Mitigation measures possible
(10) Important conditions of approvals likely to be imposed by Approving Authorities for implementation
(11) Verifying Conditions complied with, if any, and balance to be complied
(12) Strategising Stages at which compliance of balance conditions required
On ensuring the possibility of Development :-
(13) Listing out statutory requirements essential for Approvability of the development proposed
(14) Massing Studies :- Designing fitment blocks in compliance of various components of statutory requirements
(15) Drawings (single line blocks) showing fitment of buildings, amenities, statutory requirements, consumption of FSI available (or otherwise), probable heights of buildings required to consume the FSI available etc
(16) Seeking approval of client on Massing Studies
