05 Working out feasibilities of Redevelopment under various provisions of the DCRP 2034 / Local Town Planning Regulations.

06 Assist the Society in Complying with the provisions of Circular / Guidelines under 79A of Maharashtra Societies Act (MCS Act).

07 Management of Tendering / Quotation works for appointment of Contractors / Reputed Developers.

08 Evaluation of Bids received from Contractors / Developers.

09 Assisting the Society in appointment of Contractors Reputed Developers.

10 Ensuring fulfillment of regulatory norms by the selected developer and safeguarding the interests of the Society.

11 Supervision of Construction Works till end of the redevelopment on behalf of the Society.
